• Verify your email address with DMV Use Agreement Services.
  Send your current email address to okta.admin@dmv.virginia.gov.
• Your current DMV User ID will remain the same. A new password will be required for OKTA.
• Use the following link to access DMV Extranet applications: https://virginiadmv.okta.com/app/UserHome
